Return Policy:
Some items on EXOTYQ.com will have the label - This product cannot be returned after purchase.Such items cannot be returned once bought and therefore please keep this in mind when making a purchase.

Items bought using Gift Cards cannot be returned after purchase.

All other items which do not carry the above label on the product page can be returned to the seller for which you need to raise the return request with our customer service team within 7 calendar days after the item has been received by you.
Items must be returned in their original packing and in the same condition they were received by you.
To return an item you need to call our customer service who will guide you on the return process which is very simple.We will coordinate the return with the seller on your behalf.
