Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders worth INR 1,000 and above (excluding Ajrakh Sarees — see below).

 

Ajrakh Sarees: A flat shipping charge of INR 150 applies to all Ajrakh Saree orders, regardless of order value. This covers the special packaging and handling required for handloom sarees.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders between INR 500 and INR 5,000, with a nominal handling charge of INR 40.

 

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days across India. Delivery to remote or Tier 3 locations may take up to 10 business days. We ship exclusively through reputed national couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order at any time.
