ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
Heavy-duty cookware made of cast iron is valued for its heat retention, durability, ability to be maintain high temperatures for longer time duration, and non-stick cooking when properly seasoned.
Preparation of Cast Iron Kitchenware:
Even though these are Pre-seasoned, It is a good practice to season it again.
Apply a layer of Sesame Oil on the Utensil.
Heat it on medium heat for 15 minutes, and allow it cool.
Repeat the above step for 2-3 times and your Kitchenware is ready for a multiple generations.
Remember, the older your cast Iron the better.
Maintenance of Cast Iron Kitchenware:
Clean and apply a layer of Oil before storage
Do not scrub with Steel scrubbers. Use only soft scrubs.
If you see rust, wash it with mild soap and scrub with a soft scrub.
